Dippers are useful for putting small amounts of mediums into while outdoors or in your studio. Traditionally for using with oil painting mediums like turpentine but you could even keep a small amount of paint or water in them. They have a clip for attaching to boards, tables, clipping to a belt when empty or placing on your painting zone.
