This is an automatic first option while we work on a more user friendly website. We tend to send most goods within the £6 or £12 option as first class Royal Mail but if the package weight or size goes over medium parcel we sometimes we have to contact you for extra shipping payment. Any products over A2 size start at £12 upwards. If you wish to change the shipping option after your sale has gone through, please don't hesitate to email us and we can easily refund postage and arrange a different one for you. We can easily sort out refunding or adding on delivery costs. Click & Collect is free so if you decide to collect we will of course refund the shipping cost.

You can order online and select the shipping method Tollcross Click & Collect pick up from in shop the following day providing that day is Monday to Saturday 13:00 and Sunday after 14:00. If you wish to place an order to collect on the same day please email to say so after you place the order and we will email you back when it is ready. We are a small team and need a wee bit of time to be able to pick your orders between serving the customers in shop. They will not automatically be ready for you immediately after you place an order. Please check your emails including Spam/junk folder in case we have tried to contact you about any issues with your order, if there’s no email by 13:00 the following day you can presume it is ready to collect.

If you are purchasing a handful of pens or an A5 soft cover sketch book then this option should cover you. We always try and send 1st class as long as the parcel doesn't cost more. We will get in touch by email if there are any issues with your order.

Please pick this if you would like us to post a gift voucher to a UK address and we will include a tiny origami creature. If you already have an order placed with us and need to add on to it, select this shipping option and email immediately to have your goods added onto an order still to be mailed out/delivered. Don't worry, we will refund any extra shipping costs as long as the initial order hasn't already been shipped. You won't be charged twice for delivery costs if it goes out as one parcel.
