You can order online and select the shipping method Tollcross Click & Collect to pick up from in shop the following day providing that day is Monday to Saturday 13:00 and Sunday after 14:00. If you wish to place an order to collect on the same day please email to say so after you place the order and we will email you back when it is ready. We are a small team and need a wee bit of time to be able to pick your orders between serving the customers in shop. They will not automatically be ready for you immediately after you place an order. Please check your emails including Spam/junk folder for your confirmation email to be able to collect your order. We might also contact you with an additional email about any issues with your order, if you only have only received the confirmation email by 13:00 the following day (14:00 Sundays) you can presume it is ready to collect. You can email or call us if you have any questions.
ON ARRIVAL TO THE SHOP FOR COLLECTING OR BROWSING
• Pop your head in the door and we will let you know if there's space to come in.
• Masks are mandatory now to reduce the chance of spreading the virus. Our team wear them for hours on end to help protect you so please come wearing yours.
• Please use the hand sanitiser spray provided at the door once you enter. This allows everyone to safely touch the products. You can use your own or the ones we provide.
• You can pay by card or by gift voucher in shop to minimise contact.
• Occasionally you might have to wait a few minutes outside. It is sheltered from the worst of the elements with a covered walkway. Keep 2 metres apart when inside & outside the shop if you have to queue.
• Please use the clean shopping baskets provided to make it easier to browse and if you change your mind about any products we can put them back for you..
EDINBURGH LOCALS CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR FARR OUT DELIVERIES OPTION. IF YOU LIVE IN THE CITY CENTRE (MORE OR LESS IF YOU LIVE WITHIN 5 MILES OF THE SHOP) YOU CAN BOOK IN FOR AN ARTS SUPPLIES DELIVERY ON WEDNESDAYS OR FRIDAYS. THERE IS A LINK TO THEIR INTERACTIVE MAP BELOW TO SEE IF YOUR ADDRESSS QUALIFIES.
If you would like a Wednesday delivery, make sure your order is placed by Monday evening and if you would like a Friday delivery , make sure your order is placed by Wednesday evening. Once the order is placed, email us ASAP with any special delivery requirements like if your neighbour will take it instead should you be out, quoting your AirPOS order confirmation and we can pass that on to Farr Out. Also let us know immediately if you want to change your delivery day from a Wednesday to the Friday! If there is an issue with your order we will email you as soon as we can so please check your spam just in case.

XL : £16.00 Oversize... they say you'd be surprised so you can pick this for our giant canvases and such and we will see what can be done!
Any orders further afield will be sent through the usual suspects Royal Mail / Parcel Force for UK wide mail orders.
At the moment there is no option for adding delivery instructions at checkout so once you place an order with us, please send us any delivery instructions immediately by email quoting your order reference. We use a combination of couriers. If you live in central Edinburgh we would like to mostly use the local business Farr Out Deliveries as they are an eco friendly cycle courier and we are all about supporting local. For further afield (and sometimes in town) we use Royal Mail, Parcel Force & DPD. We will give your email address to them as they usually message with delivery date details. Please expect delays throughout January as the Postal service deals with new lockdown measures. We are a small business and working as quickly as humanly possible. With the difficult circumstances we are all in there could be changes to this service. You will be contacted by email should there be any issues.
If you realise after the sale has gone through that the shipping method isn't correct for what you have purchased, just contact us as soon as you can by email with your confirmation number and we can arrange for you to pay the correct postage or refund an over payment of postage.
As we are a small team, orders will often be picked, packed and sent the day after you order. At the moment we are not able to post at weekends. Please contact us by email if you have any issues.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We are receiving regular deliveries and uploading the online shop as quickly as possible. If you are planning to come to the shop and see something is out of stock online it might actually be there so please contact us. We can update the system to enable you to click and collect for a swift visit or for a more urgent mail order.
Our Online Shop Is A Work In Progress
You will notice some empty categories and products with no images and little information. We are adding to our online shop daily and are working as quickly as possible to make it as user friendly as possible.
Sometimes stock amounts are incorrect so we will let you know if there is anything out of stock from your order and will offer an alternative where possible or if you are happy to wait until it is back in stock we can get it to you at a later date. If neither options are suitable for you we can refund that item for you.
