Wallace Seymour Liquid Graphite is a water soluble and dries to a matt finish. Liquid Graphite can be applied to all art papers and is easy to dilute with water to create subtle washes. Once dried, the surface sheen is looks like graphite powder - the special binder used bonds the graphite to the painting surface, without creating any gloss at all.
